Registration Information - Fees, Information Changes & Cancellation Policies

Basic Registration Fee: $450 
Fee includes a 10' x 10' booth, 8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, one six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one trash can. It also includes a deluxe continental breakfast, lunch, exhibitor badges for two registrants on the day of the event. Payment due within 30 days of registration if paying by check.

Late Registration Fee: $50
After March 1, 2020, a late fee of $50 will be added to the basic registration fee.  If you miss the production date for the directory, you are responsible for the printing costs associated with the production of a supplement for the directory.

Additional Representatives: $75
For each additional paid representative, you will receive a name badge, lunch ticket, and chair (maximum of 6 representatives per booth)

Interview Table: $75
A 4 ft. table with 2 chairs (unless you request more in the registration process) used for interviewing candidates in a location away from, but adjacent to, the event. Recruiters can stay in this area after 3:00 p.m. to continue interviewing candidates. Please let your interviewees know whether you are interviewing at your booth or at these tables.

Booth Selection & Number: You can choose your booth number if you register and pay before December 1, 2019.  After December 1, 2019, booth numbers will be assigned based on your registration date.  The booth number is not needed for MCC Service Order Form since PERC provides a list of booth numbers to the MCC prior to the event.  


Electricity, Shipping and Other Needs: Use the Service Order Form for the Monroeville Convention Center (MCC) to get electricity, shipping, skirting, easels, etc…for your booth.  Advance rate is only guaranteed 14 days prior to the job fair.  In the section that requests booth number, write PERC.  The booth number is not needed for MCC Order Form. PERC provides a list of booth numbers to the MCC prior to the event.

Extra chairs: Available free of charge with a maximum of 4 per booth. Extra chairs will be located near the Employer Check-In area.

Wireless Internet Access:  Free internet access is included in your basic registration.  However, it is not always reliable at the Monroeville Convention Center.  It is strongly recommended - if you require internet access, bring a "Hot Spot" devise with you.

W-9: Please contact PERC’s Treasurer, Renee Coyne at Renee.Coyne@sru.edu, to obtain a W-9 for payment processing.

Registration Information Changes
Any changes (recruiter names, certification areas, etc.) which need to be made in your initial registration, should be sent via email to Danielle Taft, percjobfairreg@gmail.com.  For the early registrants who check the box TBD for certification areas on their registration, you are responsible for providing the information by March 1 in order for the certifications areas to be included in the job fair directory.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations (registration, booth, recruiters, etc) MUST be received via email to Danielle Taft at percjobfairreg@gmail.com. Cancellations received on or before February 14, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.  Cancellations received between February 15th – March 1st will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations received after March 1, 2020 will not receive a refund and payment is expected from those who have not yet paid.  All refunds will be sent after the job fair. 

Delinquent Payment Fee
Payment is due prior to your attendance at the job fair. If PERC, does not receive payment after a one-month grace period, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period past April 25, 2020. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to register for subsequent PERC education job fairs.
