Are you a K-12 educational institution looking to fill a variety of education positions with qualified and passionate candidates? Look no further!

The annual PERC Job Fair is held in the spring and attracts around 800 candidates. Candidates from approximately 24 consortia member schools (and many from non-consortium institutions) attend. You’ll have the opportunity to network with juniors and seniors and schedule same-day interviews with preferred candidates.

Whether you are looking for teachers, school counselors, nurses, resource officers, or any job in between, you can connect with a multitude of potential employees every year at the PERC Education Job Fair!

Things to consider before registering

    • Additional recruiters are included in each sponsorship tier and receive additional pre-fair marketing benefits designated by each tier package.

    • Additional sponsorship and marketing options available at lower price points: Candidate Lounge Sponsor and Candidate Meal Voucher Sponsor.​​​

  • Approval Process:

    • All registrations received will be reviewed by the PERC Board, prior to approval.

    • Registrations are reviewed for approval once a week on Thursdays.

    • Approval criteria: Priority will be given to school-based organizations. All other organization types will remain "pending" in Handshake and placed on a waitlist.

    Billing Process:

    • Your invoice will not be generated automatically in Handshake. Instead, after your registration is approved, the PERC Treasurer will manually create your invoice in Stripe (PERC payment processing system).

    • Invoices for newly approved registrations will be created and sent via Stripe email every Thursday. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us as invoices often land in those folders.

    • Payment Options: credit card or check. If you prefer to pay via credit card, there will be a link on the invoice to provide credit card payment. Instructions to pay via check and the address to remit payment will be included on the invoice as well.

    Please note:  Your registration is not final until full payment is received. Payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice and before the event date of March 25, 2026.  If PERC does not receive payment within 30 days of sending the invoice, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations (registration, recruiters, etc.) MUST be submitted in writing via email to info@percjobfair.org by the following deadlines:

    • Sponsorship Registration Tier Cancellation Deadline: January 23

    • Standard Registration Cancellation Deadline: February 25

      Cancellations received on or before the designated deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

      Cancellations received after the designated deadline, will not receive a refund and the balance of your invoice is expected. Refunds for cancellations received prior to the deadline will be processed after the fair.

    No-Show Policy: Organizations that do not attend the fair without notifying PERC prior to the fair, will not receive a refund and are expected to pay the balance of their invoice. All no-show employers will be placed on the waitlist for subsequent PERC fairs. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to being approved for future PERC fairs.

  • Registrations on the waitlist will be reviewed beginning in January and approved as space allows. Consideration for approval will include organization type, registration date, past participation at PERC, and geographic location. You will be contacted directly via email if we are able to accept your registration. An invoice will only be sent if we are able to accept your registration and you confirm you are still able to attend the event.

  • All booth locations with be assigned by the PERC Executive Board. Sponsors will be assigned booth locations based on their sponsorship tier and registration date. Gold sponsors will occupy booths closest to the center aisle, with Silver and then Bronze sponsors following in behind.

  • All registration packages can choose to add-on an interview table for a fee of $125. Up to 3 interview tables can be added per employer. Limited availability. Sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Networking is permitted at employer booths until 2pm. After 2pm, the job fair will close and all conversations must move to an interview table in the Interview Area. If you plan to continue interviews past 2pm, make sure to purchase an interview table. Recruiters must complete all interviews and depart from the convention center by 3:30pm.

    ​Please Note: It is your responsibility to schedule interview times and let your interviewees know whether they are interviewing at your booth or at interview tables setup in an adjacent banquet hall.

Gold Tier - $1,250

  • Admittance for 6 registrants on the day of the event

  • 10x10 booth in a premium location 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape

  • 1 six-foot skirted table, 6 chairs, and one trash can

  • Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 6 registrants

  • Half-Page ad in digital fair directory:

  • School/Organization Logo listed on the PERC website

  • Listed as sponsor on Candidate Event Page on Handshake

  • Listed as Gold Sponsor in candidate communications

  • Day of sponsorship recognition including signage in candidate registration area, candidate lounge, and near the concession stand where candidates will redeem meal vouchers thanks to your sponsorship!

  • Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair

  • Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 6 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)

**6 recruiters is the maximum number of recruiters permitted at a sponsorship booth. No additional recruiters can be added to this sponsorship package as it already includes the maximum number of representatives.

Silver Tier - $1000

  • Admittance for 4 registrants on the day of the event

  • 10’x10’ booth in a prime location featuring an 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape

  • One 6’ skirted table, 4 chairs, and one trash can

  • Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 4 registrants

  • Employer profile in employer directory

  • Quarter Page Ad (3.625" W x 4.55" H) in digital fair directory

  • School/Organization listed as sponsor on the PERC website

  • Listed as sponsor on Candidate Event Page on Handshake

  • Listed as Silver Sponsor in candidate communications

  • Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair

  • Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)

**up to 2 additional recruiters can be added to a Silver Sponsorship Tier package for $75 each.

Bronze Tier - $750

  • Admittance for 3 registrants on the day of the event

  • 10’x10‘ booth in a preferred location featuring an 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape

  • One 6’ skirted table, 3 chairs, and one trash can

  • Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 3 registrants

  • Employer profile in employer directory

  • School/Organization listed as sponsor on the PERC website

  • Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair

  • Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 6 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)

    **up to 3 additional recruiters can be added to a Bronze Sponsorship package for $75 each.

  • Admittance for 2 registrants on the day of the event

  • 10’x10’ booth featuring an 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape

  • 1 six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one trash can

  • Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided for 2 registrants

Standard Tier - $500

Interview Table (Add-On) - $125

All registration packages can choose to add-on an interview table. Up to 3 interview tables can be added per employer. Limited availability. Sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Includes:

  • 1 six-foot table with 2 chairs used for interviewing candidates in a location away from the employer booth in an adjacent banquet hall.

  • Networking is permitted at employer booths until 2pm. After 2pm, the job fair will close and all conversations must move to an interview table in the Interview Area. Travel and Other Info to Prepare for the Fair

Parking and Shuttle Information

Free parking is available at the Monroeville Convention Center (MCC), DoubleTree Hotel next door to the convention center, and the MCC Overflow Parking Lot at Monroeville Mall in front of Dick's Sporting Goods. If you park elsewhere, you risk being ticketed or towed at your expense.  DO NOT park at Home Goods, At Home, Burlington Coat Factory, the VA Hospital or any other surrounding businesses.  

A few FREE shuttle buses will continuously circle the lots between MCC, DoubleTree Hotel and the lots in front of Dick's Sporting Goods at the Monroeville Mall. Look for the White URSO shuttle bus. The shuttle will take you to the MCC South Entrance.

​**Please allow an additional 15 minutes to your arrival time if utilizing the shuttle.


Local Airport

The closest airport to the Monroeville Convention Center is Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), located approximately 31 miles from the convention center. After arriving at the airport, you will travel through Pittsburgh to arrive at the Monroeville Convention Center. Traffic through the city is unpredictable. We recommend allowing ample time to travel to and from the airport.
