What to Expect at a PERC Education Job Fair
- The annual PERC Education fair is held in the spring and attracts around 1,000 candidates
- Candidates from approximately 25 consortia member schools(and many from non-consortium institutions) attend
- Employers have the opportunity to network with Juniors and Seniors at the fair
- Employers can schedule same-day interviews with preferred candidates
- Various Certification Areas Expected
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Information
Invoices for registrations received before TBD will have 30 days to make payment. Invoices for registrations received after Date TBD must submit payment via credit card. All payments are due prior to attendance at the fair. If an employer is unable to pay via credit card, payment arrangements must be approved by PERC Treasurer, Renee Coyne, treasurer@percjobfair.org. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event, receive candidate information or register for subsequent fairs.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations (registration, recruiters, etc.) MUST be submitted in writing via email to info@percjobfair.org
Sponsorship Tier Cancellation Deadline:
Standard Registration Cancellation Deadline:
Cancellations received on or before the designated deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations received after the designated deadline, will not receive a refund and payment is expected from those who have not yet paid. All refunds will be processed after the job fair.
Registration Information Changes
Any changes (recruiter names, certification areas, etc.) can be made by the registrant within their Handshake career fair registration. PERC will not be responsible for any edits to your information. Please make all changes by March 1. For additional support, please email info@percjobfair.org

Booth Assignment Process
All booth locations with be assigned by the PERC Executive Board.
Sponsors will be assigned booth locations based on their sponsorship tier and the color-coded diagram.
Color-coded locations are intended to provide a general idea of booth locations per registration tier. Floor map subject to change.
Standard registration booth locations will be assigned by the date the registration was received.

COVID Policy
PERC will be following CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines for large gatherings at the time of the event.
