Special items to highlight:
- Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorship Tiers will receive premium, prime or preferred booth locations depending on the tier selected.
- Additional recruiters are included in each sponsorship tier.
- Sponsors receive additional pre-fair marketing benefits designated by each tier package.
REGISTRATION PACKAGES
Standard Registration Tier: $450.00
Sponsorship Tiers:
Gold Sponsorship Tier: $1250 (limited space available)
Silver Sponsorship Tier: $900 (limited space available)
Bronze Sponsorship Tier: $700 (limited space available)
Interview Table: $125
All registration packages can choose to add-on an interview table. Up to 3 interview tables can be added per employer. Limited availability. Sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Includes:
Half-Page Digital Directory Ad: $150
Standard Registrations and Bronze Sponsorship Tiers can choose to add-on a half-page ad to the registration package.

- Admittance for 2 registrants** on the day of the event
- 10x10 booth in an assigned booth location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one trash can
- Continental breakfast, lunch, and exhibitor badges to 2 registrants

Silver Sponsorship Tier: $900 (limited space available)
- Admittance for 4 registrants** on the day of the event
- 10x10 booth in a **PRIME** location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, 4 chairs, and one trash can.
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 4 registrants
- Half-Page ad in digital fair directory
- School/Organization Logo listed on the PERC website

Bronze Sponsorship Tier: $700 (limited space available)
- 10x10 booth in a **PREFERRED** location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape

- Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 3 registrants
- School/Organization Logo listed on the PERC website
- Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair
- Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 to receive contact information)
Interview Table: $125
All registration packages can choose to add-on an interview table. Up to 3 interview tables can be added per employer. Limited availability. Sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Includes:
- 1 four-foot table with 2 chairs used for interviewing candidates in a location away from the employer booth in an adjacent banquet hall.
- Recruiters must complete interviews and depart from the convention center by 3:30pm
Half-Page Digital Directory Ad: $150
Standard Registrations and Bronze Sponsorship Tiers can choose to add-on a half-page ad to the registration package.
Includes:
- 1 horizontal half-page employer ad featured in the PERC Digital Employer Directory which will be shared with the consortia and all candidates.
- Ad dimensions: 7" x 4.75"
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT PROCESS
All booth locations with be assigned by the PERC Executive Board.
Sponsors will be assigned booth locations based on their sponsorship tier and the color-coded diagram.
Color-coded locations are intended to provide a general idea of booth locations per registration tier. Floor map subject to change.
Standard registration booth locations will be assigned by the date the registration was received.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Payment Information
Invoices for registrations received before March 1 will have 30 days to make payment. Invoices for registrations received after March 1 must submit payment via credit card. All payments are due prior to attendance at the fair. If an employer is unable to pay via credit card, payment arrangements must be approved by PERC Treasurer, Renee Coyne, treasurer@percjobfair.org. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event, receive candidate information or register for subsequent fairs.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations (registration, recruiters, etc.) MUST be submitted in writing via email to info@percjobfair.org
Sponsorship Tier Cancellation Deadline: Friday, February 3, 2023
Standard Registration Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, March 1, 2023
Cancellations received on or before the designated deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations received after the designated deadline, will not receive a refund and payment is expected from those who have not yet paid. All refunds will be processed after the job fair.

Registration Information Changes
Any changes (recruiter names, certification areas, etc.) can be made by the registrant within their Handshake career fair registration. PERC will not be responsible for any edits to your information. Please make all changes by March 1. For additional support, please email info@percjobfair.org
Delinquent Payment Fee
Payment is due prior to your attendance at the job fair. If PERC does not receive payment within 30 days, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event or register for subsequent career fairs.
COVID POLICY
PERC will be following CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines for large gatherings at the time of the event.
