2025 Registration Packages
Things to consider before registering:
- Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorship Tiers will receive premium, prime or preferred booth locations depending on the tier selected.
- Example of floor map - *floor map subject to change without notice
- Additional recruiters are included in each sponsorship tier and receive additional pre-fair marketing benefits designated by each tier package.
- Additional sponsorship and marketing options available at lower price points: Candidate Lounge Sponsor and Candidate Meal Voucher Sponsor.
- All registrations received will be reviewed by the PERC Board, prior to approval.
- Approval criteria: Priority will be given to school-based organizations. All other organization types will remain "pending" in Handshake and placed on a waitlist.
- Waitlist: Registrations on the waitlist will be reviewed beginning in January and approved as space allows. Consideration for approval will include organization type, registration date, past participation at PERC, and geographic location. You will be contacted directly via email if we are able to accept your registration.
REGISTRATION PACKAGES
Standard Registration Tier: $450.00
Sponsorship Tiers:
Gold Sponsorship Tier: $1250 (limited space available)
Silver Sponsorship Tier: $900 (limited space available)
Bronze Sponsorship Tier: $700 (limited space available)
Candidate Lounge Sponsor: $150 - no limit
PERC is seeking sponsors to enhance the Candidate Lounge in an effort to create a calm space for candidates to relax and recharge between networking and interviews.
What Sponsors will Receive:
Organization logo displayed in the Candidate Lounge at the fair.
Logo in Digital Employer Directory and listed as sponsor in the directory.
Candidate Meal Voucher Sponsor: $250 - limited to 8 sponsors
PERC provides a meal voucher to every candidate who attends the fair. The voucher can be redeemed at the concession stand for complimentary food items.
What Sponsors will Receive:
Organization logo featured on the voucher.
Signage with sponsor logos will be posted by the concession stand announcing the sponsors.
Logo in Digital Employer Directory and listed as sponsor in directory.
Interview Table: $125
All registration packages can choose to add-on an interview table. Up to 3 interview tables can be added per employer. Limited availability. Sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Includes:
- Admittance for 2 registrants** on the day of the event
- 10x10 booth in an assigned booth location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one trash can
- Continental breakfast, lunch, and exhibitor badges for 2 registrants
- Use of Handshake
- Candidate contact information will be sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 to receive contact information)
Sponsorship Tiers:
Gold Sponsorship Tier: $1250 (limited space available)
- Admittance for 6 registrants** on the day of the event
- 10x10 booth in a **PREMIUM** location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, 6 chairs, and one trash can
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 6 registrants
- Half-Page ad in digital fair directory: Ad dimensions - 7.45" w x 4.55" h (submit to [email protected] by January 19)
- School/Organization Logo listed on the PERC website
- Listed as sponsor on Candidate Event Page on Handshake
- Listed as Gold Sponsor in candidate communications
- Day of recognition including signage in candidate registration area as well as a social media feature
- Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair
- Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)
Silver Sponsorship Tier: $900 (limited space available)
- Admittance for 4 registrants** on the day of the event
- 10x10 booth in a **PRIME** location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, 4 chairs, and one trash can.
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 4 registrants
- Quarter-Page ad in digital fair directory: Ad dimensions - 3.625" w x 4.55" h (submit to [email protected] by January 19)
- School/Organization listed as sponsor on the PERC website
- Listed as sponsor on Candidate Event Page on Handshake
- Listed as Silver Sponsor in candidate communications
- Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair
- Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)
Bronze Sponsorship Tier: $700 (limited space available)
- 10x10 booth in a **PREFERRED** location - 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
- 1 six-foot skirted table, 3 chairs, and one trash can.
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided to 3 registrants
- School/Organization listed as sponsor on the PERC website
- Use of Handshake before, during and after the fair
- Candidate contact information sent prior to the fair (payment must be received by March 1 -- contact information will be sent 1 week before fair)
Candidate Lounge Sponsor: $150 - no limit

- 1 six-foot table with 2 chairs used for interviewing candidates in a location away from the employer booth in an adjacent banquet hall.
- Networking is permitted at employer booths until 2pm. After 2pm, the job fair will close and all conversations must move to an interview table in the Interview Area. Recruiters must complete all interviews and depart from the convention center by 3:30pm.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT PROCESS
All booth locations with be assigned by the PERC Executive Board.
Sponsors will be assigned booth locations based on their sponsorship tier and the color-coded diagram.
Color-coded locations are intended to provide a general idea of booth locations per registration tier.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Payment Information
Your invoice will not be generated automatically in Handshake after you register. Instead, after your registration is approved, the PERC Treasurer will manually create your invoice in Stripe (PERC payment processing system). Invoices for new registrations received will be created and sent via Stripe email every Thursday. Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes invoices land there instead of in your inbox.
You have the option to provide payment via check or by credit card. If you prefer to pay via credit card, there will be a link on the invoice to provide credit card payment. If you prefer to pay by check, instructions and the address to remit payment will be included on the invoice.

If PERC does not receive payment within 30 days of sending the invoice, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Deadline for Sponsorship Tier packages is January 17.
Cancellation deadline for Standard Registration packages is February 19.
Cancellations received on or before the designated deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after the designated deadline will not receive a refund and the balance of your invoice is expected in full from those who have not yet paid. Refunds for cancellations received prior to the designated deadline will be processed after the fair.

Employer No-Show Policy
Organizations that do not attend the fair without notifying PERC prior to the fair, will not receive a refund and are expected to pay the balance of the invoice. All no-show employers will be placed on the waitlist for subsequent PERC fairs for review. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to being approved for future PERC fairs.
Delinquent Payment Fee
Payment is due prior to your attendance at the job fair. If PERC does not receive payment within 30 days, a late fee of $50 will be assessed per 30-day period. Organizations with outstanding balances will not be eligible to participate in the event or register for subsequent career fairs.
Registration Information Changes
Changes to employer registration information (recruiter names, certification areas, etc.) can be made by the registrant within their Handshake career fair registration. PERC will not be responsible for any edits to your information. Please make all changes by February 19. If you need to add/remove recruiters or interview tables, please contact us as that is not something you're able to edit on your own. For additional support, please email [email protected].
COVID AND PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY
PERC will be following CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines for large gatherings at the time of the event.
