Who can attend?
To attend PERC, you must have an education degree and/or certification, be a candidate for an OT/PT/SLP degree, or a school counseling, school social work, school psychology, school nurse or other school-based professional degree. You must also be eligible to work at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year.

- Meet with employers. Interact with recruiters through video, audio, or chat.
- Never wait in line, ever. Pre-schedule 1:1 or group sessions with employers ahead of the fair or on the day-of.
- Make an impression. Bring your unique perspective to the table, ask great questions, and follow up with recruiters after the fair.

Step 22. BUILD A COMPLETE PROFILE IN HANDSHAKE

Step 33. REGISTER TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL FAIR
Registration is now open for all candidates, including both consortium and non-consortium students and alumni. Registration will remain open through the fair. 4. SCHEDULE SESSIONS (1:1 OR GROUP) WITH EMPLOYERS
Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your times ASAP. Be sure to sign up early for sessions with the employers you like, and check back regularly for newly added time slots! You have the option to choose either a 1:1 session or group session. A 1:1 meeting is at a set time slot, which typically lasts ten minutes and you will be the only candidate during that time. Group sessions are also at a set time slot, but can last up to 30 minutes and up to 50 candidates can be in the session at one time. Check out this article for more info on signing up for virtual fair sessions. You'll want to ensure you have a complete profile with your resume, as well as other relevant information. This is the profile recruiters will see and so you want to make a good first impression!
